i would protest against the government threw social media, telling them why its important to show nutrition facts on the back of food. Also explaining the risk and benefits, or location of where the product came from.
This is true however, it will be more beneficial if the changes come from the major corporations because they are the ones who mass produce the food. It can also be beneficial to start your own group and develop it in order for it to spread. This can raise awareness and cause people to become more comprehensive of all of the flaws, leading into action and eventually to positive changes.
The flaws in the government system can be fixed by corporations- processors of meat and milk, and grocery retailers; however, they now dominate most aspects of the food system, giving them enormous power to control markets and pricing, and enabling them to influence food and agricultural regulations. The corporations effort will have a major impact on the government.
How i would help these flaws in the government is by telling everybody any way possible by social media, flyers, blogs by telling teachers to teach it etc.
I agree Aschante social media has become a major resource now a days, so using it to spread a positive message that could help us all would be a step in the right direction. Jacob Cavazos
I agree with Aschante's method of helping the government's flaws. trying to make everyone aware of what's going on would be the best way to try to help it. Courtney Springer 7th period
I think a way to help the flaws in the governments system is to better inform people of what it is going on so that they are educated and knowledgeable. this could lead to the government having to put the pressure on the major food corporations to do the right thing, and give incentives to those corporations who follow the guidelines the right way. Jacob Cavazos
I believe that making the people aware of the problems they face is the first step we should make. With giving people knowledge helps them take a side and potentially help this cause.
Those who are concerned could support someone who is trying to run for office who is also for changing the system when it comes to how the government handles food. Or we could demand foods to start being labeled and other problems we have with the food. Little steps like this and I believe we could make a difference.
Now that I know about the problems with the government, I would let others be aware of the situation. I would use social media like twitter, instagram, facebook, and etc that would get the word out. People who actually want to know or support it should know as well to help benefit their knowledge and their health.
Boycotting the horrendous factory farming would benefit the farming world not only would it benefit the health of our nation it would force the government to release the farmers from the government's oppressive thumb. By informing my peers of the government's intolerable ways of farming one could help spread the boycott through word of mouth.
I would persuade people before buying any food products to look into the nutrition facts and also see if it contains pesticides or GMO. I will also state to the government that many foods should have labels of GMOs if used. Demaze Austin
thing is people dont look into labels they dont care and if they do care well they wouldnt be buying gmo products but most of us dont read the labels and buy anything that looks good
Honestly I feel that there is no way that you can help because of how strong the government is compared too little ole me. This have been going on for years and to put a stop to the problem as a individual would be too stop eating the foods.
I disagree, one person is a ripple affect that can start a wave over time. If your argument is strong enough and you encourage people to see how you see things than you can do anything. BELIEVE AND YOU CAN ACHIEVE!!
I agree with kadarious because the government is a much stronger system than one person. I would take many years for them to even know what a group of people are protesting about. Courtney Springer 7th period

Now that I know many flaws in the government system, I could help those problems by either petitioning, protesting, or not doing anything at all. This is also a good way to help with the government flaws if they fix the problem at the source of it then there will not be a problem to begin with.

One way we can help is the government should make the people aware. If the people are more aware there will be less health conditions.
